Privacy statement for alumni and former employees

The Hubrecht Institute processes personal data of former employees in the context of alumni relations. We use contact details to inform former employees about developments at the institute, alumni activities, newsletters, and reunions, and we may ask alumni to contribute to the alumni network, for instance by giving a talk or sharing their career experiences.

For this purpose, we process your name, email address, the period during which you worked at the Hubrecht Institute, and the research group or department you were part of. This processing is based on our legitimate interest in maintaining alumni relations. Personal data are retained for as long as relevant to this purpose. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time via alumni@hubrecht.eu.
