FEBS Anniversary Prize 2008 awarded to René Ketting

Dr. René Ketting, group leader at the Hubrecht Institute, has been awarded the

FEBS Anniversary Prize 2008

for his outstanding achievements in the field of biochemistry.

The FEBS Anniversary Prizes of the Gesellschaft für Biochemie und Molekularbiologie are awarded for outstanding achievements in the field of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology, or related sciences. They are provided by generous capital gifts from Boehringer Mannheim GmbH and Eppendorf Gerätebau Netheler + Hinz GmbH. Two Prizes are awarded yearly to researchers under the age of 40, who are selected from among the persons invited to give a lecture at one of the symposia or workshops held during a FEBS Congress.
